CARROLLTON, GA -- Campus Crest Communities, Inc., a developer and manager of student housing properties, will spread some holiday cheer to needy children in Carroll County this Christmas.

On Wednesday, Dec. 22, Campus Crest's co-founders -- CEO Ted Rollins and CIO Mike Hartnett -- will present 150 bicycles to children in need at Westside Full Gospel Baptist Church (719 North Aycock Street, Carrollton, 30017).

Campus Crest has maintained a relationship with Westside FGBC and its pastor, Walter Kight, since the company first developed a property in the area in 2006. The annual bicycle giveaway is part of Campus Crest's "Grove Outreach" program, which is designed to help various organizations in each of the communities where the company operates student housing properties -- in this case, at the University of West Georgia.

Helping to improve the local communities surrounding its developments is a major part of Campus Crest's overall focus.

The bicycle giveaway will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the church.
