Devil is coming down to Georgia: Charlie Daniels Band to perform at Mill Town | Arts & Culture
BREMEN, Ga. -- Legendary Charlie Daniels will once again take the stage at Mill Town Music Hall, along with his band, on Saturday, May 9, at 7:30 p.m. The Grammy Award-winning band will pull from its 50-year catalog of hits.
From his Dove Award-winning gospel albums to his genre-defining Southern rock anthems and his Country Music Association Award-winning country hits, few artists have left a more indelible mark on America’s musical landscape than Charlie Daniels. Since the eponymous band was formed in 1972, it has produced memorable hits such as "Long Haired Country Boy," "The South’s Gonna Do It Again," "In America," "The Legend of Wooley Swamp" and the platinum single, "The Devil Went Down to Georgia," which won a Grammy Award and topped both the country and pop charts.
