Two hospitalized after fireworks accident | News

CARROLLTON, Ga. -- Two men were hospitalized after a boatload of fireworks caught fire on Legion Lake near Villa Rica.

According to the Carroll County Sheriff's Department, the two were on a boat preparing for a show. The boat was docked near the VFW Club on Legion Lake Road. 

Witnesses say it appears all of the fireworks, in the boat, went off at once. 

The two injured men were transported to local hospitals with burns; their condition is unknown.
